Plymouth County Extension 4-H Awards Night

 

 

Dear 4-H'ers, 4-H Volunteers and 4-H Families:

 

Please join us for a festive 4-H evening as we gather together to celebrate the past year in 4-H and recognize our 4-H members and volunteers.  Membership pins, volunteer certificates, 4-H project medals and other special 4-H awards will be presented, so you won't want to miss it. 

 

What:          Plymouth County 4-H Awards Night

** Where:        Knights of Columbus Hall, 48 Schoosett St., Pembroke, MA

When:         Saturday, January 16^th 6 PM - 9PM

RSVP:        Monday, January 11^th call 781-293-3541 or email mvollmer@umext.umass.edu

 

• When you call please tell us the names of all those attending so that we may plan properly for the evenings events.
• A dinner of pizza, salad and drinks will be served at 6PM
• Proper dress is required for the evening.  Please no t-shirts, jeans, sweats, etc.
• Each family is asked to bring an item for dessert. 
• This is a free 4-H event, sponsored by the Plymouth County 4-H Advisory Council and Plymouth County Extension.

Plymouth County 4-H Advisory Council is also sponsoring a Silent Auction.  We are requesting that each family bring an item to put into the silent auction at the event.  All money raised will go to the Plymouth County 4-H Advisory Council to support our local 4-H programs and events like this.  We hope to see you there!

Coming from the East

 

Take Rt. 3 to Exit 12 towards Pembroke/Hanover

Take Rt. 139 West towards Hanover

Follow Rt. 139 West for approximately 2 miles.

The Knights of Columbus Hall will be on the right

Park in the back lot of the building where the main entrance is to the Function Hall.

 

 

Coming from the West

 

Take Rt. 44 East

Take Rt. 3 North

Take Exit 12 towards Pembroke/Hanover

Turn right onto Rt. 139 West

Follow Rt. 139 W for approximately 2 miles.

The Knights of Columbus Hall will be on the right

Park in the back lot of the building where the main entrance is to the Function Hall.

 

 

Incase of inclement weather, please use your own caution when traveling.  In addition, if a storm is predicted please call the Plymouth County Extension Office at 781-293-3541 for an update on the event.  If the event is cancelled, an email will be sent out to all 4-H leaders and a message will be posted on WATD 95.9 FM.
