Telethon & Christmas tree sale

• Jimmy wanted to let the kids know we would like to meet at 7:30pm at the Daniel Webster School in Marshfield to present a donation check to Community Christmas. 
• Please wear your 4H shirt and a Santa hat.  We think it should be about 45 minutes.
• The Christmas tree sale in Duxbury is this Saturday, 12/4 & Sunday, 12/5 from 10-2. 
• If you plan on helping at the Christmas tree sale, please respond to this email with the time frame you will be there.  We want to make sure we have the entire four hours covered.
• For the bake sale, we will set it up like we did on O'Neil Farm Day.  Please bring cookies, brownies, fudge, cupcakes...anything festive that you would like to bring is greatly appreciated.  The items will be priced $0.50 for each bagged item. 
• Wear a Santa hat and be sure to dress for outdoor conditions.

• There is no barn meeting this Saturday since we will be at the Christmas tree sale

Friday may be canceled

We may have to cancel Friday due to the weather forecast.

If it is going to rain the club will not be participating for the Christmas tree sale at the Fairgrounds.

Oops.  The barn meeting is actually this Saturday, 11/20 from 9-10:30 a.m.  Sorry about that.

Please note that bake sale contributions as well as other donations (toys, coats, canned good…) are optional.  Please contribute what works for your family.  You are not required to contribute to each event.  The kids decided they wanted to support these causes.  Every little bit helps.

Club t-shirts - Ordering on 11/19

We are in the final process of placing the new t-shirt order.  We got a great price from a local company in Plymouth for $7.50 per t-shirt.  The club voted to pay for 1/2 the cost for club members.  If any parents would like a shirt please send me an email with your size by Friday.  We are placing the order this Friday, November 19th.

Meeting reminders

There is a barn meeting tomorrow morning from 8:30-10 am.

Our monthly meeting is on Monday from 6 - 7:30 pm.  We have decided to postpone elections until the December meeting as we have many new faces and want to give everyone a chance to get to know all the club members.

We have updated the email list.  If there any errors or duplications, please let us know.
