Elections Tonight

Just a reminder that the yearly elections are tonight (Monday, December 13th).  We would like to start at 6 p.m. with all speeches and then have the elections right after the speeches.

This should be a short meeting tonight.

 

Also we will be collecting an unwrapped toy for the Toys for Tots program at this meeting..

 

Next barn meeting is Sat Dec 18th from 9-10:30 a.m.

Reminder: Telethon & Christmas tree sale

Just a reminder that tonight (Friday) is the telethon at 7:30 pm at Daniel Webster School.  We will bring the new Plymouth County green 4H shirts for everyone.  Please wear a red santa hat.  The club will present our donation to Community Christmas..any amount that each club member wants to donate in addition will be wonderful.  We will count the donation and present with a club check!

 

 

And the Christmas tree sale in Duxbury on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  A link to the directions is on the blog.

Telethon & Christmas tree sale

• Jimmy wanted to let the kids know we would like to meet at 7:30pm at the Daniel Webster School in Marshfield to present a donation check to Community Christmas. 
• Please wear your 4H shirt and a Santa hat.  We think it should be about 45 minutes.
• The Christmas tree sale in Duxbury is this Saturday, 12/4 & Sunday, 12/5 from 10-2. 
• If you plan on helping at the Christmas tree sale, please respond to this email with the time frame you will be there.  We want to make sure we have the entire four hours covered.
• For the bake sale, we will set it up like we did on O'Neil Farm Day.  Please bring cookies, brownies, fudge, cupcakes...anything festive that you would like to bring is greatly appreciated.  The items will be priced $0.50 for each bagged item. 
• Wear a Santa hat and be sure to dress for outdoor conditions.

• There is no barn meeting this Saturday since we will be at the Christmas tree sale
